I aquired a couple of Peppermint shrimp to tackle an aiptasia bloom not too long ago. They cleared all of them and have just been hanging around. Two days ago I noticed one of them stays hidden and avoids the others. I also noticed there appears to be eggs or something in the belly section. I Google some pictures of pregnant Peppermint shrimp and some do look similar. I just would like confirmation since I lost a cleaner shrimp a few months back to what appeared to be black spot disease.

Some baby peppermint shrimp, at least for the night. They look like mosquitos floating around.

Is my shrimp pregnant? Please let me know what you think. Also has anybody found a surefire way of raising them and keeping them alive

Those do in fact look like eggs. I have a breeding pair. Every 2 weeks one of them is releasing tiny shrimp like the pic I posted. I'm tempted to try an raise some but too busy with work won't be able to start until mid April. If you want to raise them get them in a separate tank and need to constantly hatch brine shrimp for the first 2 months. There is a ton of information on raising them.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
