Prime 16HD light changing light by itself

Hello, we bought Prime 16HD light, installed app, chose light. But for some reason in 5-10 minutes light changes by itself into different color. What can be a reason?

Not sure. Contact there support

Are you actually setting the program or just editing the current setting? Editing without saving the program will revert it.
If you don't save the program it may not stick.

Did you purchase it new or second hand?

Are you using Mobius or the AI app?

Either way, do a factory reset and start over.

New. I think it has something to do with feed mode. It turns same color every time when i push it.

Feed mode is different from standard. Feed mode is meant to change the lights momentarily.... not sure if that's what it's changing from?
