Hi There-

My prime 16HD light randomly loses sync with the time. I attempted to contact their support a year ago, and they didn't understand my issue or offer any information.

I'm really frustrated, and ready to just replace this thing with something else. Have anyone had the issue?

Are you using AI app or mobius?

Are you using AI app or mobius?
This is the right question as I have had issues with the Mobius app running my Primes.
Never have any issues with the myAI app ime 👍🏼

Yeah, it's three times this week already I've had to go into the app -> setting time and "set to current time". I'm fully up to date (light firmware + app version), and I'm just not sure what else I can do.

Just for the heck of it, if using iPhone/iPad, might try going into the iOS "Settings" --> Apps --> myAI and make sure the app is allowed access to stuff like Bluetooth, etc.

Woke up this morning to the same thing. The app is allowed access to everything. Either my unit is defective or something else is going on. I really can't figure it out.

Don't know. As stated in post# 5, I've never had that problem.
Personally, I'd maybe start on the AquaIllumination website, Support page.
There's articles but also a way to just email support, I think.

Might try deleting the app and re-installing newest version from the App Store but then you'd have to be starting from scratch,,, but just to make sure you have the newest version.

Good luck. Definitely not normal.

One of my Neros has this problem. Luckily for flow it isn't as big of a deal. I never found a solution

Mine stumble like that about once a year, no telling what does it but the way I remedy the problem is by deleting, resetting and reinstalling app. Like starting from scratch every time. Remember to save and download/upload your settings so it’s an easy reset.
