Probably a silly/newbie question but... what do you feed?

I've tried a few different combos, the fish seem to love just about anything we put in there but I know some things are better than others for them, for dirtying up the water less, etc. So I figured I'd get some knowledge from the board since I've gleaned a ton from here over the last year or so lol.
We have a 75G FOWLR (well and one Duncan coral). If the filtration setup matters to what you feed, we have an IceCap 24 sump with ATO, a small media reactor and a skimmer that is far bigger than we currently need (should be upgrading to a 125 or 150 gallon tank towards the end of the year).
Livestock wise we have (and I know about the sailfin tang, price we pay for not researching before buying from an LFS).
Large Sailfin tang with pretty bad HLLE :( (he's going to a new home this week to hopefully heal and live a more stress free life)
Melanurus wrasse (male, maybe 3 inches..)
Pair of clownfish (M&F, don't remember exact subset but they are black and white and the female has an orange mouth. May be ocellaris)
2 green/blue chromis
Filefish
Paired watchman goby and pistol shrimp
3 cleaner shrimp
Some random small hermits and snails.
A bi-color blenny will be added a week or two after the Sailfin goes to his new home.

Right now we kinda switch it up between some frozen cubes from the local stores (mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, combo, emerald entree things) and dry food that's a mix of some different ocean nutrition's brand styles (reef flakes, formula 2, and some algae pellets).

So long post to ask a simple question it seems lol.

I've been feeding LRS reef frenzy and loving it so far. It's got a great combination of a bunch of different meats. And then put a couple clippings of nori algae in for the grazers :)

Oh yea I forgot I put some nori algae in on occasion for the tang and anyone else that likes it. I need a better way to put it in though, right now I'm just using a rubber band to hold it to a rock because the cheap clips from Petco did not do the trick. The tang would just rip it right out of them.

Do you get that locally? I'd like to get them on a set food sort of but the pickings at any of our local places when it comes to frozen foods are either crap quality, or stupidly high expensive (like probably way higher than it should be).

I am just like @Crabs McJones but I feed Rod's food as well as Nori and some Prime Reef Flakes from ocean nutrition. The flakes are for the days that I am busy and dont have as much time to thaw and feed. You have to get LRS from a local fish store and you can order Rods food online.

I do have a store about 35 minutes from me that carries it. I grab quite a few packs at a time.
