Problem connecting Apex EL with wifi

setting up new Apex EL (first apex), having difficulties to connect with my home networks. It got connected twice which I updated the AOS, and then updated the timezone. Afterward I just can’t connect to my home network.

Is the unit supposed to show Blue in order to connect to wifi? Mine turn blue but then turn and stay as Orange.

And in order for the light turns blue, I have to reset the unit.
