I’m thinking I’m going to have to put a help ticket in, but:
I lost power for the first time since having my new A3 pro set up. I have backup power via LiFePo4 batteries. One of my EB832’s is plugged into the outlet covered by these batteries. That EB832 is connected via an Aquabus cable to the A3. When I lost power yesterday (2 hours) the address to 7 modules failed. That means that both the onboard battery backup within the Apex A3 and the connection between the EB832 and the Apex A3 failed.

I’m wondering I should find a power supply for the Apex A3 and plug the brain in directly to the outlet, not the EB, that is on backup power.

What would you do?

I have three eb832’s. Sometimes when my power goes off and on, I have to unplug the eb832’s aquabus cables, reset the Apex, then plug them in one at a time in order.
