Problem with tortuosa microphtalma and loisette

I have a problem with these 3 Acropora, inserted into the tank on May 10, I kept them on the bottom for a week for the changeover from neon to LED. I'm 3 days that I put them at the top but still does not bring out the polyps ... will be normal?

IME, acrps are very slow to show change.
