Product expiration

Hi everybody,
I bought a bottle of Elimi-NP TM about three years ago. I used it and then I stored it, tightly closed.
I now need to use it again. Is it still safe to use, or does it have an expiry date?

It's basically a mixture of different alcohols, so the worst that could happen is that parts of the container get dissolved into the mixture over time, but that's pretty much it. These alcohols won't really expire and should still provide organic carbon to the bacteria as intended. You can also simply use acetic acid or ethanol if you can get your hands on some that wasn't copper distilled. The copper content might still be negligible, but I have never bothered to check.
