Profilux not showing in myGHL.

Hi there

I have a friend who has issues with his GHL devices. The Profilux is not showing in the app. We have tried on several devices. Trying to add it again, just fails over and over again.
Non of the settings have changed, and it seems everything is setup correctly. It's connected to the web, myGHL is enabled. Any ideas?

Yes it's up to date. I will probably not get help today if I open the ticket. And always takes a week for response. So I wanted to to see if any one had similar problems and maybe a fix for it.

Got help from GHL. WiFi module firmware was not up to date. I had to update it

The WiFi module firmware is NOT up to date, that's where the problem is.
As https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/knowledge-base/myghl-is-moving/ indicates, at least firmware 7141 is required for myGHL to work.

To do this, go to http://10.0.0.3/update/
Log in with admin and Starfish password (if you haven't changed it, I can't see it because the top of the window is not visible on your screenshot).
Load the firmware.bin file you previously extracted from the https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/downloads/wifi-module-esp-update-beta/ zip file.

Just posting this here as well, incase some one els runs into the same issue.
