I’m in the process of setting up my Profilux 4
Got through setting up network. Then when I changed name of my Profilux WiFi and setup new password (all done on my iPhone) the GHL Connect has changed, somehow my password for my Profilux WiFi as well as for my account. My original password was seven symbols long, and GHL Connect App “password” is seventeen long.
What to do now?

The number of dots shown doesn't appear to correspond to the actual number of characters in your password.

Just checked mine on an Android and it shows way more dots than my actual password.

the passwords for the local connection and the one on WiFi aren’t the same. Your local connection should use the same password you originally chose. Did you try the default?

Right, the password for my home WiFi is “/:;;&/;”
The password, as I followed the tutorial, from GHL on YouTube, by default is Superfish.
then next step on tutorial, was to change GHL’s default WiFi name to my own one. Which I did.
then I setup new password and this is where all the troubles started.
when I try to sign to my GHL WiFi, my password is not recognised.
is there any option to reset my ProfiLux and start over again?

Your screen shot is of the app settings and you said you changed the GHL connect password.

You should have three different connections:

1. The local connection: change your phone’s WiFi connection to the Profilux to access this.
2. local WiFi connection: only accessible when your phone is connected to the same WiFi as your Profilux is connected to (ie: when you are at home and WiFi is turned on an connected)
3. MyGHL connection: accessible whenever your phone has internet.

WiFi - this is setup using your network ID and network WiFi password.

WiFi direct - you can connect to the P4 through its own WiFi.

I can log in into my account, through the app and web, with my password.

Web-server, no I can’t.

WiFi, yes it works.

WiFi direct don’t work.

If you want to use this connection, you first have to go into your phone’s settings and change your WiFi connection to connect to your Profilux. Then you should be able to access this connection (but you won’t be able to get to the other connections or use the internet on your phone)

I never use this connection. It’s there in case everything else goes down for some reason (like you change your WiFi router and need to reconnect the profilux)

That’s exactly what I do. But can’t connect to it, as my password is incorrect, for whatever reason.
every bloody time.

If you can get into the P4 through normal Wi-Fi check the key for the direct connection.

Under the menu on the left once you get into the Profilux dashboard. Select “network” then click the gear icon to the right of “access point”

managed to get it sorted.
but now I’ve tried to connect my Doser 2.1 but doesn’t appear on my WiFi list
Help me plz

Unless you have a Standalone Doser and plan to run it separately from the ProfiLux, then there is no need to get the doser added to your network.

If this is a SA doser, connect to it (via hotspot or USB) and switch to slave mode. Connect this doser to the P4 using a PAB-cable. Connect to the P4, go to the SYSTEM settings page and assign the doser.

It is a SA Doser and I’m planning to use it for my khd so I would like to “see” on my app how does it perform.
And yes, I want to use it together with my P4

Why not switch the doser to slave mode and connect both it and the KHD to the P4?
You will see the same options as if you were connecting to the doser in SA mode.
