GHL connect issues

After setting up my plank auto feeder a few days ago, I am unable to connect to my ProfiLux on GHL connect. It even disappeared from the app. I tried to reconnect it using the IP address and it showed to be connected. When I select it on the app, it never connects.
Now the app won’t even open and I get a white screen that eventually turns black

A firmware update has nothing to do with why you are unable to connect. You're only giving yourself unnecessary work. If you need direct assistance from GHL, please open a support ticket and provide screenshots and details.

With this system I well versed on unnecessary work, believe me.

I was hoping to get some help here from other members as it’s typically a lot faster than opening a support ticket. But I will submit one.

Logged on to see if there was a fix to my ProfIlux issues. After 2 years I’m done screwing around with it.

Ordering my hydros system today. what a frustrating point of sale system.

Ordering my hydros system today. what a frustrating point of sale system.
What problems are you having?

Lately my greatest problem is my WiFi router changing the IP address, making it impossible to check my system away from home

That should be an easy fix with a static address.
