Cannot Connect to GHL Profilux 4

I am running on 5 GH; do I need to change the Profilux to 2.4 GH on my router as it will operate on both?

Its only work at 2.4 GHz . you need to have a 2.4 GHz network. But first you need to connect through an USB and GCC

No, when I use the USB cable to connect the Profilux to the PC it is not showing it is connected.

I will need to get my IT person over here as I don't know how to get into the router and set it up to allow the Profilux to connect to the 2.4GHz feed.

Help me understand something here @Lasse because I don't have the new LAN card.

If one updates firmware from LAN card, and the P4 factory defaults, does that mean that LAN resets too and GCC/USB still has to be used to recover the device?
