Its only work at 2.4 GHz . you need to have a 2.4 GHz network. But first you need to connect through an USB and GCC

No, when I use the USB cable to connect the Profilux to the PC it is not showing it is connected.

I will need to get my IT person over here as I don't know how to get into the router and set it up to allow the Profilux to connect to the 2.4GHz feed.

Help me understand something here @Lasse because I don't have the new LAN card.

If one updates firmware from LAN card, and the P4 factory defaults, does that mean that LAN resets too and GCC/USB still has to be used to recover the device?

Normally not because you can use LAN to connect with GCC and also to the local webserver if WiFi not is properly configurated. With GCC trough a TCP/IP connection and to the local webserver through typing the actual IP adress in a web browser. But you still have the option with a USB cable

Have you installed the GCC on the PC?

Sorry of I was not clear: my question is if GCC still required even with LAN card if the P4 factory resets during firmware update?
