Hi Reefers,

I have a DOS pump that I use for push button water change (D) whenever required.

I am dosing Triton in my tank and have to remove x amount of water every day to balance the salinity with the additives being dosed.

Can I program the same DOS pump to remove x amount of water 3-4 times a week not to interfere with when I am doing water change? (usually Saturday!)

Can't seem to wrap my head around the programming.

Cheers,

Yes, you can just have it programmed to do your AWCs throughout the week (you specify times and days). Saturdays you can use it for manual like you have been doing. I have my DOS do AWCs Monday through Thursday and I do my manual change on Friday. It has been a while since I set it up but I believe I just used one of the built in tasks to do the programming.
