Did you reply through e-mail or the web interface?

It you replied to the email they will not respond,
One needs to go to the web portal and provide response. That got me few times :zany-face:.

I did reply to the email... Sigh. Wasn't aware I had to keep going back to the portal. That's a bit of a hassle. Thanks for the tip though!
