Proper Flow for Magnifica anemone

I am wondering what the experienced mag owners would consider proper flow for these Anemones. I have watched many videos where it seems the flow is what I would call low. I was always under the impression that these anemones need moderate to strong random flow. Is it an individual thing? I have strong pulsing flow from 2 gyres that doesn’t change, but have two pumps on the back wall that turn off and on. This creates more chaotic flow every few minutes throughout the day.

Thoughts?

Moderate to strong flow, but not blasting straight at it, and random flow pattern.

I aim a mp40 just below mine at the rock it's perched on to diffuse it, set on reefcrest, nearly full power.

Thanks for replying. I have watched so many videos really looking at the flow and the anemones. I think the anemones in the higher flow look better, but this is my first time caring for a mag so my experience is limited to BTA and sebaes,

I noticed that some magnificas have shorter tentacles and some have longer more tapered. Does tentacle length vary normally or is it also an indicator to the health of the anemone?
