Hoping to get the "right" answer, but will probably get differing opinions, which is what I've found while scouring the net. Does anyone know if a porcupine puffer and toby puffer will be ok together if added at the same time? I've read "yes", and I've read "no". Thoughts?

I don't see a problem. I have a Valentini with a dogface. The dogface I many times the valentini's size and get asking fine. There is also a huma trigger, a snowflake eel, and a dwarf fuzzy lion in this tank.

Funny you mention the dwarf lion. I recently read somewhere lions and puffers don't go together (accidental stings by both parties was the reason), which goes against what i had always thought. I also have a dwarf lion, so good to hear it's not an issue.

Actually the reason I have seen is because puffers will pick at the spines of lionfish...
