DW and i visited Fishy Business in Columbia SC on Saturday. We went back today and ordered the Tideline 62g Lagoon, stand, Tunze 9004.1 DC skimmer, 48" blade LED, heater and thermometer. i'll be picking everything up this coming saturday the 20th (i think).

i'm sooooo lucky!! my DW started asking questions.. and then turned to me and said "are you sure this is big enough?" !! Whoa!! didn't expect that. I did mention to her that this can be a 'WE' hobby.. and she was all in. She was even looking at the corals because she likes 'em! Go figure!!

i'll be taking picture of the build, so there's that also.

as a newbie, i'm nervous. it'll take a little time i'm thinking.. at 72 yrs old, i'm not able to lift the aquarium, so i'll be having my son, and son-in-law over a couple of times to help me get the stand and aquarium out of the back of my truck, into the living room, and then into a 50" alcove.

i'll build the stand, and then have the kids place the stand and tank into position.. then water test.

the crew at Fishy Business said they'd give me used media to help my tank get started. (how cool is that?)
