pumbling help... my first time plumbing..

so setting up my dual overflow 125...
im setteled on running two return pumps, but will it be ok running two seperate return pumps with different rated GPH?

Also i read that return line should be smaller than drain line. so 1 inch sump line with 3/4inch retrun, would this be sufficient?

The size of the pipes can limit the amount of water that can go through them. The pipes are supposed to support the flow of the pump and not restrict it. If you are only going to run 100gph or 7000 gph, the flow will determine the size of pipe you need
