Pump for 210?

I'm looking to set up a 210 aquarium with a 55 gallon sump and I'm looking for recommendations. I'm pretty new to think I currently have a 55g set up and want to go big!! Thank you

I'm running a mag 18 on my 260 with 75 gallon sump. And it seams to do well.

I run a luguna max floor 2400 on my 240 with 75 sump. It pumps 2400 gph and only uses 100 watts. You can't find a more efficient pump for $150. It's completely silent. Check amazon for best price.
