I dont like holding my 5 G buckets while I pour them into my 50 G for water changes.

Are there any super tiny pumps that I can put into a 3 inch diameter mouth of the bottle and tube it into my tank?

I have these.

There's plenty that small, however many have a limited lift height.

There are also water pumps with an inlet that you can connect a tube to as well, allowing a larger pump and greater lift height.

If you have 5g buckets, go with arichmond1003's suggestion.
A maxijet with some tubing works great. If I recall, it's 1/2" on the output and a cable tie to hold it in place is enough. If you don't own a maxijet, go with the suggested MJ1200 for the head ability.
I do the same for some situations and also use an Eheim 600 for even faster water transfers.
I even have an old Quiet One 4400 for massive water transfers used to remove water from my sump before adding new water.
The sky's the limit !!
