Pump question for 150

I have a 150 tank with 4ft of rise and a T. Currently have a vectra M2 at 75% but making funny noises so I'm looking into another one. Would a sicce adv 5.5 be sufficient. What's a good turnover for my 150 FOWLR (some cabbage coral). Figured I wouldn't spend the $500 if I really don't need to.

I run jebao DCP return pumps in all tanks. They're silent, reliable (I've ran some for years without cleaning) and cheap enough i buy two so I have a back up. I've had a DCP 15000 a 330g for over 1.5 years and a 5000 on another tank running over 3 years. I had a 3500 in service for over 6 years when I took the tank down.

Yep me too nothing but jebaos for me.
I have a DCP 3500 been running on my 100 for I don't know how long with no issues and it's dead silent and cheap.
You can buy 2 for less than one of these fancier pumps and now you have a backup just in case.
