Pumpkin or planaria? Did it destroy my favia?

Found a flatworm on my gold hammer..pulled him off and brushed the coral off a bit before placing coral back in the tank.
The only one I've seen and will be on the lookout for more

Found hole in my favia this morning. Before finding fw on hammer?
So pumpkin or planaria?
