Purple Death color

Not sure what you mean - "It's not hard to identify. Zoas morph colors all the time." Since I'm new to zoa collecting and identification, these statement seems contradictory. :confused:

My PDs were brown for a long time. Everytime i saw pics of other ppl's I was jealous. Mine just never looked like more than brown palys. I had them placed on the sandbed in my 75gal, my light is a 6-54w TEK T5 fixture.

Then i decided to clean up my sandbed a bit, put the frags on a frag rack about half way up the tank and BAM they colored right up and rival everyone elses. They have such an intense deep purple is really is beautiful.
