Purple tang sudden death

Wondering what happened to my purple tang. Water parameters are nominal, fish is consistently healthy and eats great.
Went from normal to dead in about 6 hours. I did not notice anything abnormal leading up to its death until it became lethargic and stopped swimming. After that didn’t last long. Some fin discoloration noted. Any ideas?
