Hello Y’all

Can someone help me out and ID what’s on these snail shells?

I’ve noticed a few of these white spirals on the glass and heaters today. In the second picture I circled it in red. I believe they are spirorbid worms. Can someone conform this? How would I move the snails from QT to DT without spirorbid worms hitchhiking?

Cool thing is I’ve noticed pods in this QT. I guess they came with the snails. The pods I dosed into my DT from algae barn didn’t work

Thanks!

Do you QT your fish? If yes, then you’re defeating the purpose of QT fish if you throw non QT inverts and corals in the DT

Yeah I’d rather not have vermatid snail in the DT. I’ve seen horrible pictures of them taking over tanks. So QT snails saved the day lol
