I am qt butterfly angle and scopas tang in a 20 gallon long tank . I am dosing prazipro and today will be day 3 of the treatment. I tested my water and i have a ammonia spike of 2ppm. My question is i am going to do a 50 percent water change, what do i do about the prazipro levels. Do i re dose? I am kind of stuck on what to do.

Prasi does it’s work in the first 24-36 hours so you should be fine. Give them a second shot at 7 days from initial treatment to get the second generation of parasites.

I haven’t used cupermine so cant help with that. I will say that I have dosed prazipro and copper power together without any issue. If you add something like metroplex into that mix you will get a bacterial bloom and very cloudy water (speaking from experience).
