Quarantine Dead Fish

Hi guys ive been having issues for a while … fish dying on me even when coming up slow with copper power…. now what is weird to me i don't know if its the copper or if something else because i experience when ever i loose fish i see that the water becomes bloom like its not cristal clear it becomes cloudy it happen to me a few times already anyone experienced this ?

For example i have 2 quarantine tank got fish the same day half when up to in tank the other below … added copper power at the same rate tank in the bottom all fish alive with the same amount of cooper tank above i lost fish … and again only tank above has the cloudy water can anyone help! :(

Do they run off the same filtration or complete separate systems? One fish death in a tank can cause a domino affect for the other fish in there due to ammonia and low 02 especially overnight.

Seperate ….everything …two deferent tanks
