Quarantine tank how many fish

I have set up a 125 gallon fowlr tank. I have a 20 gallon long quarantine tank. I have a small niger trigger in the qt right now and I wanted to add a small powder brown tang and small puffer to the qt tank. I also wanted to add a 2-3 in dwarf angelfish but I also have a 5 gallon quarantine tank. Can I put a 2-3 inch dwarf angelfish in a 5 gallon qt. Just so you know I do t have the money for another qt and my a parents said I can’t get another tank. Just so you know these would all be new fish that I want to quarantine before adding them to my display tank.

I will be able to do as many water changes as needed
