Yes, they’ll do fine. What are you treating? I’d recommend copper power and slowly ramp up to ~1.75ppm over a few days. (Hanna checker helps).

Just getting some in and I want to treat them for parasites before introducing them to my system

They will be fine with copper, as will just about any fish provided you follow directions with the dosing and slowly ramp up.

+1 on hanna checkers. I used others (color based) and honestly they are impossible to use. For example, when I used seachem copper test kit for cupramine, .3 and .5 looked exactly the same. And a slight mishap could reset your entire qt period. The hanna checker was the best investment in my life.
