I recently picked up some cheato algae to start a refugium in the back chamber of my AIO tank. I am wondering if it will still work as both a nutrient vacuum and a home for pods without a light. Right now it is getting a little light from my overhead tank light but nothing like a grow light. Please let me know the urgency of getting a refugium light :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Honestly, you really need a light , even if the display lights bleed thru. Best case is slow withering away. Happened to me when my light died and I got lazy and waited.
