I have 2 grogonians in my tank. The soft coral photosynthetic type. A month old they were doing well placed one on each side of the tank. About halfway up the tank. But the last 2-3 days one has been completely closed. The other only the polyups on the top half are open. Any ideas what might have caused the change?

From my understanding, they can go through phases and shed like many other softies. I have yet to experience this with my photosythetic gorgs but they're fairly new

If it were my tank & if I had no parameter fluctuations - I'd probably not worry unless I saw actual signs of deterioration.
