Hey guys, i searched for this and came up how to convert ppb to ppm or Phosphate,

Now my question is, when we calculate do we calculate 3.066 and when we get the answer we divide by 1000? im a bit confused here,

Example : 2x3.066= 6.132 P THEN do we 6.132/1000=.006132

OR

Example : 2x3.066 = 6.132 P for phosphate

And to get PPM, 2/1000= .002 FOR ppm

feel free to call me dumb!

Also another question, the cuvette when you add your tank water into. i notice that when you fill your water into the cuvette how do you go by? do you stop where the water level reaches the 10ml mark, or do you go by the middle when it reaches the 10ml mark,

am i crazy here or do you understand what im talking about

I'm pretty sure it's the center location that should be at the 10ml mark. I always use a syringe and that's where it puts me every time. It looks almost like a contact lens and the reading is from center. I seem to get constant results and just remember to wipe the glass nice and clean!
