Question about KESSIL A150 OCEAN BLUE

My LED seems to be getting really hot then shutting off by itself then back on then off then back on anybody know whats happening?

sounds like overheating, is there a build up of dust inside?

nope no dust i was thinking maybe in was the power cord beceause sometime it gets loose and turns off the light but im not sure what it can be
