Question: Best GFO Storage

Question: I have searched and searched for a quick answer to a very small question...

Does anyone know how to properly store barely used High Capacity GFO. It's kind of expensive anymore and hardly used at all. My phosphate was close 0.07 now I am down to 0.03 yaaaa...

I apologize as I really don't know the answer to this question.. I don't.
But can I just drain most water off and seal it in a plastic airtight GFO jar for future use..?
And would it be severely weakened by doing this..? It's like almost brand new, I know its only 1 1/2 cups..
But it's still expensive - via BRS plus wait time and freight, well form anywhere... :confused:

Rinse it and dry it. So what if it loses potency, if your skrimping take what you can get... even if its only a bit.

Storing wet GFO does not change the potency. It is not depleted by CO2 the way di resin is.
