I haven't had a ton of experience with different bulbs. The only one's I've used is the Phoenix 14k, XM 20K, current 14k and I have a Radium 20k sitting in the UPS truck that is suppose to be delivered today. I'd take a look at those pictures and see what looks best to your eye. Then do a few searches and find tanks with those bulbs and verify that's the look you are looking for.
I know myself, I'm switching to T5 in a few months. I'll be going with a ATI Sunpower on my next tank. I've contacted multiple members on here for their bulb configuration to help figure out what is going to look the best to me. Personally, I'd rather everything look better than grow faster. But thats me.
