Question for Trident NP

I just bought Trident NP and installed it completely last Sunday. I have done 3 Nitrate and Phosphorous tests but when I checked the remaining test count, I still see that the test count has not changed. It is still 62. Can anyone tell me why and how to solve this problem? Thank you.

My car gas tank reads totally full until I've driven like 60 miles.
maybe the same thing?

My trident does the same thing. It does not work like a gas tank as I do not get a rapid drop on numbers. It just slowly counts down after a few days
