I will be purchasing a 32 gallon BRUTE trash can for mixing my RO/DI saltwater. I will be purchasing a heater for the can , but what kind of pump should I get for the circulation. A hydor koralia powerhead or a smaller powerhead? Any brand names and models would be greatly appreciated, or whatever you use. I just need suggestions thanks!! Also anything else you may add to the can please tell me!!

A maxi jet 1200 should work just fine and is dependable and cheap. I use a quiet one pump I bought from Petsmart in my 44gallon.

i just use a leftover mag pump i have. think its like a 3 or 4. works great and is quiet as long as its not touching the bottom of the can. then it vibrates a little. really anything that moves the water good will work. the new maxi jet pumps would work great.

Sweet thanks. Just order the maxi jet 1200 and a heater for the tub. Just have to go to Home Depot and pick it up. Not in a rush though because I just ordered my SpectraPure RO/DI unit today, so that shouldn't be coming for awhile now.
