Help with Mixing Station

Hello, I am near final with my mixing station, and need help with a specific issue. First is a picture of the overall setup. The station is in the basement on one side of my house and will run ATO and AWC to a tank on the first floor on the other side of my house. So far, no issues with the peristaltic pumps being able to pump water over that distance. I have the RO tubing run into each container through a small hole at the top of the container. I used continuous flexible tubing between the peristaltic pumps and the tanks to avoid any priming or air leak issues. I placed a PVC Tee with mesh bag over the bottom of each RO tube within the tank to act as a filter so that I do not have any sediment clog the RO tubing.

The issue that I am seeing is that the blue line is sitting at the bottom of the tank like it should be, but the green light is floating. I'm at a loss on what I can do to make the Tee on the green line stay at the bottom of the tank. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You can super glue or even some hot glue.

The PVC is heavier than water, but there is not enough of it to counteract the buoyancy of the tubing. You can either had more or use something that is more dense.

What does the green vat vs. the blue vat hold? Presume one is RODI, one is FSW?

Those traditionally were made of lead or contained lead. Probably not conducive to an aquarium.

Several of you beat me to the punch. The issue is that I do not want to put anything reactive (e.g., lead) on the end.

Thank you, that's a good suggestion. The only issue is that the tank is too high for me to reach the bottom with my arm.

I guess you’re next best bet would be to find something that has a decent bit of weight & is sterile and then tie it off to the line.

Piece of acrylic, drill a hole, zip tie it to the tee.

Thank you for all of the input. The tee was still floating with acrylic, so I made some weights with 1/2" PVC filled with sand.
