Questions on building led lights

I just set up a 15g column nano aquarium I want to modify the led light hood to be able to host coral and a giant clam. Can anybody give bulb recomendations? And timer and ramp control options for the light.
Tank Dimensions. 13.75 x 13.75 x 25"
