What is a terminal Male? He sick or something?

:)Terminal means he can't revert back to female....once a wrasse gets to the "terminal" stage in it's transition it can't become female again.

So something cool to note on my wrasse! I'm already seeing a color change in him! His red is becoming deeper and his blue lines are becoming more vivid and less pale. His overall colors are just more vibrant and darker. Not as pale as he was a few days into the tank! Still has his tail spot but gotta say this is one of the coolest transformations I'm getting to witness in a fish!
