I have been using Reef Octopus skimmers for over 10 years and have always been very pleased with their performance. I currently am running 3 Reef Octopus skimmers including a RO 150 INT and a RO Essence S-130. The small footprint of the 130 is great and I am able to fit it in the main sump chamber along with a Reef Octopus LR-150 algae reactor. However, if the size is not the determining factor I would lean toward the 150 which will work well on a 75g tank. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I have long been a fan of RO skimmers. However, I am currently using a BM Curve 5 Elite on my 75 and am quite happy with it. One of the best skimmers for the price hands down.

Which skimmer did you decide on? Any thoughts on your choice? I'm contemplating the same choices
