For a first-time clam keeper, I'd recommend starting with a hardy species like the Maxima Clam (Tridacna maxima) or the Squamosa Clam (Tridacna squamosa). These clams are generally more forgiving and easier to care for compared to some of the more delicate species. Make sure to provide stable water parameters, proper lighting, and gentle water flow in your tank. And remember, regular observation and maintenance are key to keeping your clam happy and healthy! #ClamCareTips​
