Radion G5 fan control

A few days ago I noticed that the fan control of my 4 G5 Blue lamps suddenly worked. Before that, they always ran at one speed. Now you can audibly regulate the running speed and make it appear much more pleasant. But how can that be without a firmware update?

how does the fan speed control work now and how noisy do you think it is, I'm standing before the choice of kessil or radion, but there are a lot of complaints that radion is very noisy

the fans are still going crazy. they just do what they want. sometimes the control works and they run quietly, then the next day, without me having changed anything, they roar non-stop all day!
