Just installed 2 new XR30 blues in my Aquaticlife T5 Hybrid. I am running blue plus and coral plus in the hybrid and ab+ template on the Radion.

With the lights at only 25% and the T5s on, I am getting easily 300-350 par at mid or bit higher in my tank. I was planning on just setting them at 50% but that puts me in the 450 range. I am glad i checked as my corals (acros mainly, some sps) are acclimated to more the 300-350 range.

Anyone else have a similar setup with par numbers they can share? I am using an Apogee MQ-510 for a par meter. I am just looking for some confirmation that what I seeing is accurate.

A PAR of 300 to 350 at what depth in the tank?

It isn't much help to what you want to know, but I run Reef Breeders Photon V2+ and I have about the same PAR at 10" which is the top of my rocks.

I see the same numbers in general with the exact same setup. What I’m trying to do now is see if any particular T5 bulb combo Helps the radion spectrum wise vs just adding to the par....... which isn’t needed because the light can certainly produce more itself.

That's not very high par for acro so you can run at 50% easily.
