radion not connecting to mobius asking for a pin

so i sold my radion g4 pros he was able to connect 2 of the 3 the third shows on the mobius app but its sayin its connected to another aquarium and he needs a pin but i already removed all the lights from my account on mobius

Tell him to do it again. I had the same issue buying used g4s and that fixed it.

Hey Im havein the same problem with the pin but the factory reset doesn't seem to work ..? like I hold the center button for ever and nothing ever happins..?

Keep trying it it took a couple of times for mines to get to work

im having the same problem but the resets arent working ive tried abount 10 times now and its still asking for a pin

You have to hold all three buttons at the same time. For me it was very frustrating I had a hard time getting them in sync
