Radion Pro or Ecoxotic 24"

Hi, All.

Currently I have a 40B and 40 Sump. I'm looking toward it to become a SPS tank. I'm debating over either Ecoxotic 24" Parormal pro, or Radion Pro. Any suggestion would be great, and also how high above water should they be??

I have a radion pro and love it. Great color and growth. Ecosmart live is cool too. Not sure on the other light but if you have the cash to spend the ecotech is great. I have mine about 9" awl
