Radion usb cable

is the cable to connect a radion to a laptop (micro USB to regular USB) a special cable from Ecotech or will any do?

it is a micro usb cable you can not use one that maybe came with a device for charging as it doesn't work. I have seen several people do that on the forum. They do sell the cable separate if you want to buy one.

Went to lowes and bought a cable to see and it worked. You don't need the one from ecotech to program the light

Yeah, it isn't a proprietary cable...just a standard micro USB cable.
