Radion xr 15 soft/lps

Anyone run their soft/lps tank w/ radion xr15 on the ab+ setting


Think about changing from lps/soft setting to ab+, but dont wanna fry the tank

Running xr15’s gen6 blues AB+ at 73% with a couple of reefbrites... they do okay I think

what purpose do reefbrites serve

Run strip along one side of lights?

There's actually a strip on each side of the xr15's. The reefbrites are the actinic blue, which adds more spectrum to the lower end of the blue spectrum for Chlorophyll A photosynthesis. Instead of knocking the royals blues downs 50%, I run the reefbrites and also take advantage of the fill light and pop it produces.
