radion xr15 g6 pro does not turn off completely

Hello, I have two brand new Radion XR15 G6 pro. When the lights are off, one lamp does not turn off completely. There are very slightly working diodes. I attach a photo.
The other body is completely off. Both lights on initial power up updated.
Please advise, is this normal?

And one more question, shouldn't both lights be lit with a green dot (active) in the app?

Definitely not normal. Unfortunately, they seem to come defective new from the factory and it's only a matter of time before they randomly start turning on at 100% intensity during the middle of the night while you are sleeping.

I second this . I have the radions. I like the lights, but the Möbius app is garbage.

Try going in to the light and try and identify see if that helps

dang, I don't know how I did it, but I fixed them.
I deleted the app, reset both lights a few times and oh my goodness, it went off. I was about to return it...
I hope there's no more problems.

It screwed up again....after a full day of photoperiod, when the lights went out, the same lights stayed on.
I'm switching to AI Hydra 32.

The green dot indicates which device your "phone" via mobius is connected to.
